The association was founded by Attorney Hadas Prion Rosenblum in October 2015, who currently serves as its Chairperson. It was established based on her personal story, with the goal of assisting PCD patients and their families in obtaining medical care to improve their health and secure their rights.

The association’s mission is to identify and unite patients, develop personalized medical treatments tailored to their genetic and clinical profiles, and advocate for patients’ eligibility for medications and medical devices through the Ministry of Health and the health maintenance organizations (HMOs)
